3. Having Valid Registration Certification
4. Receiving Work order regularly for the last 3 years
5. Sound Financail Position

1. Min: Rs. 10,00,000/- Max: Rs. 5,00,00,000/-
2. 65% of realizable value of property OR
3. 25% of total work order value whichever is less

35% of the current realizable value of the property

As prescribed by the Bank, Interest will be applied on monthly compounding basis
